Alpha Is Coming!

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha course meets once a week for 10 weeks, and includes an amazing one-day or weekend getaway. At each session, people enjoy great food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile…questions like—Who is Jesus; Why Did Jesus Die; Does God Guide Us; How Can I Resist Evil; Does God Heal Today; and many more exciting topics.

People who have attended come from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints and is for anyone who thinks there may be more to life than meets the eye. They come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the claims of Jesus and more. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes life. Others come for the close, long-lasting friendships that are built during the Alpha course.

Everyone is welcome, whether you have been in the church your whole life, have attended occasionally, or never stepped inside of a church building.

There is no cost to attend the Alpha Course, however, if you are able, we ask for a contribution to help cover the meals, but this is not required. We will begin Alpha on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and finishing by 9:00 p.m.. Childcare will be available!
